PSL to hold moment of silence for Free State Stars player Jantjie


JOHANNESBURG, April 1 – The Premier Soccer League (PSL) will observe a moment of silence for the late Free State Stars player Sinethemba Jantjie in local matches played this week.

Jantjie died in a car accident in the early hours of Monday morning.

The moment of silence will apply at all Premiership, National First Division and MultiChoice Diski Shield fixtures from Monday to Sunday.

“The PSL conveys heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Sinethemba Jantjie during this difficult moment,” said the PSL in a statement. (ANA)
